§ XI. Judicial review.

Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected by any decision of the board of appeal, may appeal to the District Court of the Parish having jurisdiction as provided in Section 8 of Act 118 of the Public Laws of the State of Louisiana, enacted by the 1944 Session of the Legislature.
