§ 41. Allen's TV Cable Service, Inc.

Be it resolved by the St. Martin Parish Police Jury in regular session convened on the second day of October, 1979, that the bid of Allen's TV. Cable Service, Inc., be accepted and that a nonexclusive franchise covering this area be granted to Allen's TV. Cable Service, Inc., and that the President and Secretary-Treasurer of the St. Martin Parish Police Jury be and they are hereby authorized, directed and empowered to execute said nonexclusive franchise with the above-mentioned cable service for and in behalf of the St. Martin Parish Police Jury.
