  • Permitted Uses:

    Wildlife refuge; public/private recreational boating, camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, nature study, etc. area, oil and gas extraction, storage, and transfer facilities; public and private boat launch ramps, temporary structures and uses as authorized by custodial authority/owner.

    Permitted as Exception by Board of Adjustment:

    Water transportation service terminals.

    Permitted Signs:

    Regulatory, safety, and public service information signs not over 120 square feet (commercial/business signs not allowed).

    Maximum floor area, maximum building height, minimum lot area and yard or buffer area requirements shall be established by custodial authority through development permit process.
