SCHEDULE OF ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS |
Zoning District W-3 (Woodland/Floodplain Commercial/Light Industrial Uses).
Permitted Uses:
Those uses allowed in zoning district I-1 (Light Industrial).
Except: Permanent storage or manufacture of toxic or environmentally hazardous chemical/substance is not allowed where the potential flooding by water, could result in water borne dispersal of that substance and contamination to the local ecosystem.
Permitted as Exception by Board of Adjustment:
Parking lots for business within 300 feet of district boundary; hospitals; single-family dwellings; duplexes and triplexes; [and] mobile homes.
Permitted Signs:
Business signs not over 120 square feet.
Maximum Floor Area:
None.
Maximum Height of Main Building:
50 feet.
Lot Requirements (subject to Louisiana State Sanitary Code, Chapter 13):
Minimum lot area: 12,000 square feet.
Front yard: 30 feet.
Side yard: None.
Rear yard: None.
