§ 20-30. Imposition of license fee.

There is hereby imposed a license fee of two percent of the total amount wagered at each offtrack wagering facility located in the parish. The fee shall be due and payable by the primary licensee of such facility. The term "primary licensee" shall be ascribed the meaning set forth in R.S. 4:211 as amended.
