§ 20-123. Penalty.

Whoever shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be subject, in addition to the provisions of section 20-122, to a fine of not more than $500.00 or 60 days in jail or both. Each day that such violations shall continue shall be deemed to be separate and distinct, and shall be subject to the penalties herein stated for each violation thereto.
