The parish shall have and exercise control and supervision over all games of chance
held, operated or conducted to the end that same are fairly held, operated and conducted
in accordance with the provisions of this division and the rules and regulations promulgated
by the parish governing the holding, operating and conduct of same; and the parish
shall have power and authority to suspend any license issued and to revoke same for
any violation of any such provisions. The parish and/or its agents shall have the
right of entry at all times into any premises where such game of chance shall be held,
operated and conducted, or where any equipment being used in the conduct thereof is
found, for the purpose of inspecting same.
