§ 24-190. Establishment of administrative hearing officer.

The position of a parish administrative hearing officer is hereby established pursuant to the provisions of R.S. 13:2575, et seq. The power, duties, responsibilities, and authorization of an administrative hearing officer established hereunder shall be as provided by law, including R.S. 13:2575, et seq., except as specifically limited herein.
