§ 28-18. Prohibited retention of glass containers.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to retain glass containers on any right-of-way, street, sidewalk, parking lot, pavilion, playground or public property, in that area designated as Cade Recreation Park located on Highway 92 (Smede Hwy.).

(b)

Glass containers shall be defined as those containers which may break when dropped, misused, or mishandled.

(c)

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction shall suffer a fine of not less than $100.00 or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both.
