§ 2-1. Justice of the peace wards.

(a)

The justice of the peace wards are hereby rearranged as follows:

(1)

Justice of the peace ward I is coextensive with and shall include all territory embraced within parish council ward one, less and except that portion thereof lying in and comprising precincts 5 and 6 of ward one.

(2)

Justice of the peace ward II is coextensive with and shall include all territory embraced within parish council ward two.

(3)

Justice of the peace ward III is coextensive with and shall include all territory embraced within parish council ward three.

(4)

Justice of the peace ward V is coextensive with and shall include all territory embraced within parish council ward five.

(5)

Justice of the peace ward VI is coextensive with and shall include all territory embraced within that portion of parish council ward one being precincts 5 and 6 of ward one.

(b)

There shall be one justice of the peace in each of the justice of the peace wards.
