§ 32-7. Entrances onto parish roads.

Upon the request of property owners, one entrance to a parish road will be constructed provided that the property owners furnish the proper size pipe. The parish will furnish sufficient dirt to cover the culverts to provide an entrance with width not in excess of 24 feet. Should the property owners desire a wider entrance, the parish will install the pipes, but will not cover beyond the 24-foot width.
