§ 34-6. Fees.

(a)

Sexually oriented business license. There shall be an administrative nonrefundable fee of $75.00 for processing each initial application, and a nonrefundable fee of $35.00 for each renewal application, all payable to the sheriff. The initial license and annual renewal fees for sexually oriented business licenses shall be as follows:

Type I License	$1,000.00
Adult cabaret
Adult motel
Adult motion picture adult theater
Escort agency
Exotic dance service
Massage center
Type II License	$100.00
Adult arcade
Adult bookstore
Adult novelty
Adult video store,
Semi-nude modeling studio
Other sexually oriented businesses
Type III License	$100.00

(b)

Sexually oriented business employee card. There shall be an administrative nonrefundable fee of $25.00 for processing each initial application, and a nonrefundable fee of $15.00 for each renewal application, all payable to the sheriff. The fee for the issuance and/or renewal of a sexually oriented business employee card shall be $40.00.

(c)

The sheriff shall be entitled to receive 15 percent of the license fees collected pursuant to this section. Moreover, the sheriff shall receive the entire application fees collected in accordance with this section.
