§ 36-15. Penalties.

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $125.00 nor more than $500.00 and imprisoned not less than two days nor more than six months. Imposition or execution of the sentence shall not be suspended unless the offender is placed on probation with the minimum condition that he perform four eight-hour days of court-approved community service activities related to the enforcement of the littering and solid waste disposal ordinance.
