§ 36-51. Penalty.

Latest version.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this article or any order of the parish issued pursuant thereto shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
