§ 38-94. Sewerage District No. 1—Created, domicile.

(a)

There is hereby created a sewer district which shall comprise and embrace all of that territory contained within the boundaries of ward 6 as constituted on May 4, 1971, to be known as Sewerage District No. 1 of the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana.

(b)

The domicile of the sewerage district shall be within the corporate limits of the district.
