§ 40-81. Additional widths on existing streets.

(a)

Subdivisions that adjoin existing streets shall dedicate additional rights-of-way to meet the above minimum street width requirements.

(b)

The entire right-of-way shall be provided where any part of this subdivision is on both sides of the existing street.

(c)

When the subdivisions are located on only one side of an existing street, one-half of the required right-of-way measured from the centerline of the existing roadway shall be provided.
