§ 40-95. Building setback lines.

(a)

The minimum depth of building set-back lines shall be as stated in the zoning ordinance or not less than 20 feet in the front and, in the case of corner lots, 15 feet from the side street.

(b)

In the case of electric transmission lines where easement widths are not definitely established, there shall be a minimum building set-back line from the center of the transmission line as follows:

Voltage of Line	Minimum Building Setback
46 KV	37½ feet
69 KV	50 feet
161 KV (or over)	75 feet

 

(c)

Corner lot. Corner lots shall have extra width sufficient to permit the additional side yard requirements of the zoning ordinance or building set-back lines as outlined above.
