§ 42-27. Service charge.

(a)

The parish council imposition of a monthly service charge of $30.00 for each water service customer in the SMEDA Highway 90 Business Park, St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, for the exclusive use of operating and maintaining the sewer plant located on Petroleum Parkway.

(b)

The parish council is authorized to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with the St. Martin Parish Waterworks District No. 3 for the collection of said monthly service charges.
