§ 4-47. Collection of permit fee.

A person failing, neglecting or refusing to obtain such permit as herein provided and who is engaged in the business of retailing beer, may be sued by the sheriff and ex officio tax collector by a civil process as now provided by the law of the state for the collection of the general occupational licenses due to the state and the parish, and penalties, interest and cost, as provided in the case of occupational licenses are hereby fixed as governing the collection of beer permits as provided herein.
