§ 6-119. Method of service or notice.

Any service or notice permitted or required to be given by the dangerous animal committee in the proper conduct of its business, as specified herein, shall be considered given when hand delivered; mailed by United States mail, postage prepaid, to the dog owner at the address provided by the owner in the request for hearing; served personally or domiciliary by an animal control officer; or posted on door(s) of the dog owner's home by an animal control officer.
