§ 20-32. Report of wagering activities.

For the purpose of ascertaining the amount of the fee payable pursuant to this article, it shall be the duty of the primary licensee to submit to the government on or before the 20th day of each month, a report showing the total amount wagered in the preceding month at each of the offtrack wagering facilities operated by the said licensee within the parish.
