§ 20-33. Compliance.

If the primary licensee fails to comply with the terms and provisions of this section, the District Attorney for the Sixteenth Judicial District, acting for and on behalf of the parish government, is hereby authorized to adopt any and all action against each such licensee which may be permitted under the statutes of the state so as to ensure compliance with the provisions of this article.
