§ 22-15. No passing zone.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to pass another motor vehicle on any road in which such no-passing zone has been established by ordinance.

(b)

Whoever violates the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $75.00.
