§ 22-16. Operation on walking tracks.

Latest version.

(a)

No person shall be allowed to ride bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line skates, scooters, three or four wheelers, motorcycles, dirt bikes, or similar devices on parish owned walking tracks.

(b)

Any person violating the provision afore stated shall, upon conviction, be fined:

(1)

Not less than $25.00, nor more than $100.00 for first offense;

(2)

For a second offense, not less than $75.00, nor more than $200.00;

(3)

Third offense, not less than $150.00, nor more than $300.00 and/or imprisonment of ten days.
