§ 22-6. Restriction on certain farm equipment.

No person shall drive farm equipment and machinery, including tractors, sugar cane loaders, combines and mechanical harvesters, from land situated adjacent or in close proximity to the public roads, alleys and thoroughfares in this parish for the purpose of using same as a headland or turn row in connection with the cultivation or harvesting of crops or any other agricultural purpose.
