§ 28-11. Uncle Dick Davis Park.

(a)

Camping area. The Uncle Dick Davis Park located on the Dupuis Road at Butte La Rose shall be maintained by the parish as an overnight camping area, and an overnight fee is hereby established at $15.00 per day, except for senior citizens, at which the rates will remain at $10.00 per day for campers, and for tents at $7.00 per day; $10.00 of the $15.00 fee for campers and $5.00 of the $7.00 fee for tents will be used for maintenance and salaries; the remainder of the respective fees for campers and for tents will be put in a savings account for future improvements to the Uncle Dick Davis Park.

(b)

Houseboats prohibited. The jury will not permit or allow houseboats to tie up at the Uncle Dick Davis Park or use any of the park facilities.
