§ 28-40. Authority of Catahoula Community Committee.

The Catahoula Community Committee is hereby authorized to supervise, control and regulate the use of the Clayton Boudreaux Memorial Park at the pleasure of the parish council and to adopt, promulgate and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for the orderly use of said park. All rules and regulations adopted by said committee for the use of said park shall be effective only upon approval by the parish council.
