§ 30-23. Organization, meetings and rules.

The parish planning commission shall elect a chairperson from among its own membership and create and fill each other of its offices as it may determine. The chairperson shall serve for one year, with eligibility for reelection. The commission shall meet at least once per month. The commission shall adopt rules for transaction of business and shall keep a public record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.
