§ 36-4. Mandatory waste disposal.

All residential households within the unincorporated areas of the parish, shall be compelled to receive and pay for waste disposal collection services under the terms and conditions contracted by the parish council with a refuse collector. This service shall be mandatory, and each household will be billed in accordance with the policies, practices, and procedures of the parish council as may from time to time be developed by the parish president.
