§ 36-110. Types of permits.

(a)

Siting permit. A siting permit must be applied for at the time of initial planning for the facility and before construction begins. The applicant will be required to demonstrate that the facility will comply with the criteria established herein.

(b)

Renewal permit. All facilities regulated herein must renew their siting permit annually from the date of final initial permit approval. The applicant will be required to demonstrate that the facility and its operation continue to comply with the requirements of this article.

(c)

Permit actions. The permit may be modified, revoked and reissued, or terminated for cause. The filing of a request by the permittee for a permit modification, revocation and reissuance, or termination, or a notification of planned changes or anticipated noncompliance does not stay any permit condition.
