§ 38-95. Same—Drainage of floodwaters into sewer system.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to drain floodwaters into the St. Martin Parish Sewerage District No. 1 sewer system.

(b)

Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $200.00 nor more than $1,000.00.
