§ 38-98. Sewerage District No. 3; created; domicile.

(a)

There is hereby created a sewerage district which shall be composed of territory outside the corporate limits of any municipality and shall include, comprise and embrace all of that territory within the following described boundaries:

(1)

All of that territory within the boundaries of voting district no. 2 of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, as presently constituted, less and except that area of such voting district lying within the corporate limits of the City of St. Martinville, Louisiana, as the corporate limits of the city are presently constituted.

(2)

Such sewerage district shall be known and is hereby designated as "Sewerage District No. 3 of the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana."

(b)

The domicile of the sewerage district is within the corporate limits of such sewerage district.
