§ 38-127. Waterworks District No. 3.

(a)

There is hereby created a waterworks district which shall comprise and embrace all that territory within the boundaries of voting district no. 2 of St. Martin Parish, Louisiana, as presently constituted, less and except that area of such voting district lying within the corporate limits of the City of St. Martinville, Louisiana, as the corporate limits of the city are presently constituted. Such waterworks district shall be known and is hereby designated as "Waterworks District No. 3 of the Parish of St. Martin, State of Louisiana."

(b)

The domicile of such waterworks district shall be within the corporate limits of such waterworks district.
