§ 4-10. Revocation of permits of disorderly establishments.
(a)
No person holding a permit shall do or permit any act set forth in R.S. 26:90.A—H, 26:90, 26:286.A—H, or 26:287, such act being sufficient grounds for revocation of a permit for the establishment being disorderly.
(b)
Any person, operating under this chapter who allows the place thus operated to become a disorderly establishment, under complaint being made to the parish council shall be notified in writing, submitted no less than ten days before said hearing, to appear before the parish council. After hearing the facts of said complaint and the parish council is satisfied that the complaint is well founded, it shall have the authority to immediately revoke and cancel the permit issued, without the interested party or parties entitled to claim any refund for any unexpired portion of the year which said permit was issued.
