§ 4-9. Sales to persons under age 21.

Latest version.

No sale of any intoxicating liquors, or liquors or beverages containing any alcoholic content, for which permits shall be issued pursuant hereto, shall be made to persons under age 21 under penalty of forfeiture of the permit issued hereunder.
