§ 4-8. Location restrictions on permitted establishments, exceptions.

No permit shall be granted for the sale of such liquor to any establishment which the primary business is the sale of alcoholic beverages within 300 feet of any church or synagogue, public library, school, or fulltime day care center as defined in R.S. 17:405(A)(4), or correctional facility housing inmates, including but not limited to a halfway house. It is specifically intended to omit from compliance of this section grocery stores and restaurants.
