§ 4-46. Residency requirements.

No permit shall be issued pursuant to this article except to an applicant, corporation excepted, who is domiciled in, and a bona fide resident of the parish, for a continuous period of six months last preceding the date of issuance of said permit; except that this requirement shall not apply to the renewal of permits previously issued hereunder.
