SCHEDULE OF ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS |
Zoning District W-2 (Woodland/Floodplain Recreational Residential Uses).
Permitted Uses:
Those uses allowed in zoning districts W-1 (Woodland/Floodplain Restricted Conservation Area) and R-2 (Mixed Residential) areas; public and private camp sites; temporary commercial amusement or recreational developments.
Permitted as Exception by Board of Adjustment:
Railroads; temporary building used in conjunction with construction; institutions; radio and television broadcasting towers; [and] day nurseries.
Permitted Signs:
Business signs not over 120 square feet.
Maximum Floor Area:
None.
Maximum Height of Main Building:
50 feet.
Lot Requirements (subject to Louisiana State Sanitary Code, Chapter 13):
Minimum lot area: 3,000 square feet.
Front yard: 20 feet.
Side yard: 10 feet.
Rear yard: 25 feet.
