§ 12-57. Officers.

The steering committee shall, during the month of February of each year, elect among its members a chairperson and vice-chairperson. The term of each such office of chairperson and vice-chairperson shall be for one year. The committee officers will be elected annually by a majority of the committee members present at the meeting during the month of June at which time the election is held.
