§ 24-2. Authority to enter property.

(a)

The parish council designee is hereby authorized to enter property found by the parish to be in violation of this article and to rid said property of nuisances, provided that no such work shall be undertaken by the parish council until the owner of said property has been notified as provided herein.

(b)

The parish council may also pursue legal action in order to enjoin or restrain the construction and/or operation of any development which is in violation of any provision of this article.
