§ 36-17. Removal of containers.

Latest version.

All containers/carts, after collection, shall, be removed by the resident(s) to whom the said containers/carts are registered from their curbside or roadside location within 24 hours after collection. Anyone violating this section shall be subject to the fines and penalties set forth in section 36-15.
